Being an athlete has been an important part of Barbara’s life, and it is a constant influence in everything she does. Dedication to the exploration of how exercise can positively impact everyday life, including when suffering from injury, is something Barbara holds very dear. From sports psychology to personal coaching to training for triathalons, she proves that being an athlete is accessible to anyone who desires it.

She also shows that being a mother, a designer, a businesswoman and in her late 50s doesn’t have to stand in your way, but that success in one can lead to success in all your ambitions!

Barbara embodies the Power of Exercise by living and breathing her belief that well-being is entwined with the body, mind, heart and soul. Her new book series, “The Power of Exercise,” will help anyone looking to incorporate fitness into a holistic lifestyle.
